June 12, 2026 (Tehachapi, CA) Typically once or twice a year, the illegitimate elders from Shepherd of the Hills roll out a sob story or a new project cleverly designed to pressure people into giving more money (in violation of 2 Corinthians 9:7, which they like to frequently quote).
I have in my possession 288 pages of financial documents from Shepherd of the Hills, covering May 2020 to June 2025. Every deposit, every check, every expenditure. The complete financial picture.
๐ Here is what the elders refuse to share while begging for money:
Between May 2020 and June 2025, Shepherd of the Hills had received approximately $1,468,796.30 in donations.
๐จ That is OVER $1.45 million! ๐จ
Despite their new round of public pleas, which include lies such as continuous financial declines since the pandemic, sob stories about Jeff Kaplan needing a second job (2025), a failing solar project, Dave Gilliam publicly crying (2025) and never-ending project after project, the money kept coming in, and it actually kept increasing. And yet, somehow, it all disappeared.
The illegitimate elders cloak their appeals in church-ified language like “love offering.” But in reality, they are forcing elderly people, many on fixed incomes also suffering from the same inflation SOTH complains about, to give under compulsion by making them feel bad for the elder’s gross negligence.
The Big Questions:
โ Where did more than $1.45 million go??
โ How does a tiny church mismanage THAT much money?!

On February 2nd, 2026, Bill DeSilva said: “We don’t have the money to spend unwisely.“
Over $1.45 million says otherwise.
Before you give another dime to Shepherd of the Hills, ask where the money went. Demand accountability.
How could THIS amount of money disappear in only 5 years??
No outside audits. No transparency. No accountability.
Where there is smoke, there tends to be fire. And this is a raging fire, burning down everything it touches.
More to come.
