Jeff Kaplan and the Elders of Shepherd of the Hills Church, in Tehachapi, CA, are currently undergoing public rebuke, in accordance with Biblical Scripture (Matt. 18:15-17, 1 Tim. 5:19-20, Prov. 27:5, Gal. 2:11-14, Titus 1:13, 1 Cor. 5:11-13, Eph. 5:11-13) based on their ongoing, harmful, and unrepentant sin behind the scenes. This rebuke is being done by a former Elder and Jeff Kaplan’s son-in-law, Matthew Sgherzi.

Jeff Kaplan, Dave Gilliam, Michael Banton, and the rest of the Elder board at Shepherd of the Hills Church refuses to acknowledge the harm that has been caused due to their ongoing sinful behaviors. As a result, this will continue to be published on this Website, YouTube, Facebook, and elsewhere, until the entire truth has been established and the public is able to fully make up their own minds.

Included in these points is a sexual assault that took place at Shepherd of the Hills Church in 2023 by a man in leadership, who suffered zero consequences, and still serves in his position to this day.
