Jeff Kaplan and the Elders of Shepherd of the Hills Church in Tehachapi, CA, are in the process of being publicly rebuked, in accord with Biblical Scripture (Matthew 18:15-17; 1 Timothy 5:19-20; Proverbs 27:5; Galatians 2:11-14; Titus 1:13; 1 Corinthians 5:11-13; Ephesians 5:11-13), because of the persistent, damaging, and unrepentant sin they commit behind closed doors.
The rebuke is being administered by Matthew Sgherzi, a former Elder and Jeff Kaplan’s son-in-law.
This site is for documenting and archiving. Jeff Kaplan, Dave Gilliam, Michael Banton, and the rest of the Elder Board at Shepherd of the Hills Church refuse to acknowledge the harm of ongoing sins and damage being done to the congregation, public, and the Body of Christ. This site, and all social media, is constantly updating, and the truth is being established step by step.
