March 28, 2026 (Tehachapi, CA) I attempted reconciliation with Jeff Kaplan three separate times. I attempted to sit down, talk with Jeff Kaplan, and address these issues, one Christian Brother to another. All I was met with in return was attacks, triangulation, threats, slander, and lies, which continue to this day.
Attached to this post is my family’s official resignation of our Church Membership from Shepherd of the Hills Church. Dated December 18th, 2024.
I informed the Elder Board that we could no longer associate with a Church who would mishandle a sexual assault, intentionally steal money from our family by refusing to reimburse thousands of dollars in unpaid Shepherd of the Hills expenses, all in retaliation, in my opinion, simply because our family was being led by God to a different Church due to our growing family.
To date, Jeff Kaplan has refused to sit down and discuss any matters with me, one-on-one, despite my multiple attempts. Instead, he has reverted his attention to online hate groups, triangulating my family, and threatening me if I were to go public. All without ever once having a private discussion. Yet, Jeff Kaplan continues as a Pastor, when there is not a single Biblical example of a Godly leader ever avoiding the confrontation of alleged sin.
