My primary ministry duty is serving on the SOTH Elder Board for Christ. As a part of this ministry, I provide overall spiritual and operational direction and leadership for all SOTH’s ministries and its congregation. Along with the other elders, I am responsible for developing and maintaining the SOTH Statement of Faith, Bylaws, and Doctrinal Statements.
Further, I endeavor to provide and oversee SOTH’s top level guidance of daily activities, operational management, decision making, financial management, and planning.
My secondary ministry duties include coordinating our Bible Study groups, leading a Bible Study, serving as a choir member, coordinating church events (e.g. SOTH picnics, Valentine banquets), teaching at our Bible studies and men’s breakfast, training deacons and deaconesses, following up with my flock, interviewing member applicants, and counseling.
